The community is clean and peaceful but doesn't have honest professional management. I'm a single father of a 17yr and management failed to inform me only one phone number could be used in the gates for entry. As most 17yr olds he works as do I causing problems with us not having a single phone number with 24/7 availability to open the gate. With my car in the shop and driving a rental one of us must remain with that phone number, or wait for another resident to open the gates for us. Management has ignored my request regarding the written policy and why I wasn't informed of this prior to signing the lease. Other than that one issue it's a great community.

I’ve been living here since Dec. 31 of 2020. Mary was extremely attentive and helpful. We had low credit but still was able to be approved very quickly and the deposit wasn’t terrible. The pet fee/rent is the cheapest in the area and surrounding areas so that’s a major plus. They as well have the biggest and nicest pool and gym compared to other apartments nearby. There’s been small problems here and there but nothing too big. The main issue with the complex I believe is really just the gate. It’s been an ongoing battle. But it’s not the complexes fault, just a bed gate company. The front gate was supposed to be finished by January 2021 but wasn’t totaled finished until maybe the end of the summer. Even then, the gates are terrible and never worked properly. The gates will either stay open allowing everyone and their mother in or the call box will not work properly and not call and the gates will not open for you. So you’re stuck waiting for someone with a car tag. Since my name and my partner’s name is on the lease and our two cars we both get car tags and two phone codes. But since one car has been in the shop and using a rental is the only option, we can’t rely on the phone code to get ourselves in all the time. Other small issues have just been a/c issues but we were the only ones in the entire building for months and we’re told by maintenance staff that it effected the a/c because it couldn’t fully filter through. But that’s no longer an issue. We also had a small ant problem in the beginning but that was easy to take care off. The maintenance staff have been friendly and attentive since we moved in and accommodating as well. The dog park is kind of small and weirdly shaped, it doesn’t seem like it would be fun for bigger dogs. But I see them make do. We used to have hammocks by the pool but I think misuse by children and weather problems they were removed. We as well had nice lounge chairs that were placed in the shallow end of the pool but again inconsiderate neighbors and misuse, they were removed. There are two big propane grills by the pool, but they’re nasty a lot of the time because inconsiderate neighbors don’t use tin foil. There aren’t speed bumps in the complex, yet. But I’m sure they will be added very soon because how fast people speed through as soon as they enter the gate. There’s a lot of issues I see from other reviews, but those issues aren’t universal. Nearly every apartment will have noisy neighbors, that’s the downside of living in an apartment and should be expected. Now the complex is filled it can be hard for the maintenance staff to help everyone and accommodate them in a timely manner. I still appreciate their efforts. It’s been great living here, it’s a super nice apartment, modern layout. I do wish that all the outside patios were screened in, no just the first floor ones. We aren’t allowed to hang curtains or anything like that from the balconies or anything. I would like to have more privacy on my patio. I also feel like they would benefit by having assigned parking. Having minimum two assigned parking spaces per apartment would be great. Otherwise, one day you could park right in front of your building or be forced to end up parking at other buildings if there’s an open spot. I do feel the apartments are cheaply made and seemed like they were rushed. There’s design flaws here and there, so I feel the price is not super justified. But it’s cheaper than some in Trinity and Odessa, and nicer than others in Port Richey.

I tried using the website and it did not work for me.... How much is your starting rent going to be?

Hailey Eubanks | Sep 15, 2020

Thank you for your inquiry, Hailey. We are still in the early stages of this project. We will be offering 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. At this time, we have not set pricing info nor do we have exact move in dates. We hope to open the Leasing Office towards the end of April to early May. We are hoping to start pre-leasing for July move-ins, as long as everything goes as planned. Our website recently has been activated. Feel free to follow us on Instagram and watch our website for updates.

My concern is that some of the comments here state that the apartments seem cheaply made. From the residents, how thin are the walls and the floors?

This place is beautiful. I recommend a water view. It's beautiful and offers privacy aposted to a screen porch facing the lot. But they skylines are beautiful too. Anyone would be very happy and lucky to live here. The staff is outstanding and go above and beyond for theirs residents. Clean organized and classy. Wonderful community areas too. Wish you luck
