I found this store by searching the internet. I decided to give them a try, because the owner had replied online in detail to a negative review posted by a disgruntled client. I figured someone taking the time to give such an in depth response like that had to be conscientious. I'm so glad I chose them. Not only am I thoroughly satisfied with the engraving (it is most beautiful), the service is unparalleled. I dropped off the silver spoon I wanted engraved for my soon-to-be-born grandchild with the intention of picking it up within a day or two. As life would have it, however, I didn't return for over a week and a half, and when I did go to pick it up, the business had closed. I called and the owner assured me I had nothing to worry about and that I would have the spoon in time for my upcoming trip. As I was out of town on business trip, the owner said he'd mail the spoon to me, even though I had not left a deposit nor prepaid the job. The owner went WAY OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure I got the spoon and for that alone I am totally grateful. These days it's rare to get such personal service. I am totally grateful and highly recommend this store!

Was able to engrave a medal with several words within an hour in a nice Times Roman font. Great communication when it was done. Beautiful dark color of the text that set it off nicely from the gold background. We're very happy with the result!

Jenny's engraving awesome! Fairly priced and impeccable quality. Had 6 watches engraved for my wedding party and the quality was so good it looks like they came that way. Go see Steve he is great

Wow... Called for simple ballpark info on engraving a watch for a retired Capt and was rush off the phone by Steve as if my business wasn't good enough. On 3 different occasions during our 3 minutes conversation had to remind Steve how he is located to far for me to just go to ask him in person and her blaintly just continued to rush me off the phone. Not cool and last time i checked all cash money is green.
