Can't say enough about how helpful Jamie helped us get together our perfect selection on living room furniture. Excellent communication and professional. Also, stopping into havertys was a last minute decision that I'm VERY glad we did. Shopped other stores all the way down to Pinellas County and was disappointed every time. Funny thing is, this location is literally almost next door to our house. So if you're in Port Richey or any surrounding areas, do yourself a favor and shop no more and go see Jamie ar Havertys in Port Richey. Extremely helpful and also the best quality of furniture you will find anywhere.

The level of customer service is unbelievable. Steve was the sales/Manager that assisted us. Overall decent experience purchasing the furniture. Unfortunately upon delivery our couch was extremely damaged. Our brand new built home that we lived in for approximately 24 hours before the delivery crew came caused over $800 in damage. Was called by a manager to come in and pick out a different couch and they would make it up to us. We came and picked out another sectional, and was told that it will be delivered the following Friday. The couches were in the garage, I requested and advise please do not drag the couches I understand they are heavy but we just got our floor seal. They then drag the extremely heavy couches and dug in and damage the garage floor. The best part was the wrong couch was being delivered. I Called the store advised a refund would be issued. Then the delivery driver refused to take one couch and wanted to leave the other. Now both couches were taken with video proof. Call back to speak with the manager due to no refund showing on account. Advised furniture is missing and no refund will be submitted and I must remain calm and be more patient and understanding. I just spent over 400k a brand new built home, Haggerty caused close to $3000 in damage within seven days. Yet I’m the one that should calm down and be more understanding .
