Lived there for almost 10 years, and dealt with multiple changes of management. I feel that during AJs time in management it was the greatest for Cottage Court as he pushed for a lot of good upgrades to units and did his best to put everyone's concerns in order to handle them. This place is okay for the price and space but there's been instances of bedbugs on units where management hid it from residents then tried to blame those other residents that happened to get affected by other units just to scare tactic them to paying up, the manager is always watching what your doing and rent will always go up every year + any other charges they can increase up on you while you're living there. Just to give an idea rent was $600 when I first moved in. You can imagine how fast it was going up as it more than doubled. But I will say that I loved my neighbors and luckily I was in the quieter part of the neighborhood. I would personally also consider the reviews on other sites before choosing this location!

I moved to Cottage Court Apartments in August 2016....i was moving from NC...by myself! It had the perfect floor plan, and everything I was looking for and location was great!! Aldi, Ollies, WalMart, Publix, Dollar General, Wells Fargo, Lab Corp, down town NPR and all the restaurants and bars. (Sam's beach bar ECT.) the Gulf place mall and only 20 min from Tarpon Springs and 30 from Clearwater. I loved going to the pool and walking around the grounds...also bike riding in nice neighborhoods near by. I even had a cat who adopted ME.... Priscilla..who was loved by all and is now buried on the grounds. I also had great neighbors........I will always love this place!!! My first home in Florida.. for 4 yrs!! Aj the manager...who is awesome!! He even transplanted some of my plants as permanent members on the community 😎🙃🥰🙏❤️ Thank you 7147🥰

Spoke to a wonderful lady named Kimber, my fiance, I and out 8 month old baby are hoping to move in soon and with everything we talked about they are super understanding and kind. Hopefully everything works out and we can move in! Beautiful apartments and awesome staff. Great experience so far despite it being a 20 minute conversation she was amazing! Hoping to move my family in, in a month or 2, fingers crossed🤞🏻
