I needed additional information about this complex.I tried calling,no answer.Called again and left message,no call returned.I tried requesting an ebrochure from their website,submitted and received a can not send reply Called again to make a verbal request for ebrochure spoke to Logan and have not received the email I can only imagine if you lived there how poor the response would be to your needs

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The halls are half lit, carpet is filthy, it smells like urine, 2 friends of mine have been fighting cockroaches for a year or more. One fella has had his place broken into twice according to him. Unless you like locking yourself in and just staying I. Your apartment, there’s no gatherings or activities. I know COVID changed a lot, but even as regulations have decreased, nothing has changed. They don’t even offer to shampoo your carpets or re paint after years!

As Joanne has responded we have 2 and 1 bedroom apartments, no they are not according to income. A 1 bedroom goes $760, and a 2 bedroom goes for $920. Water, Trash, and Pest Control are all included in rent

Not sure about the standard prices. But they also have income based apartments. Call them. They have good customer service
You have to go online for an application. I believe 2 bedrooms are $825. And 1 bedroom $716.. Not positive though. Call them they're very nice.
