Great service! Terry was informative, helpful and listened to what I was looking for in a new system. He was thorough and explained our options for a new system. The installers (AJ and John) were very helpful and answered all my questions throughout the day of the install. We had some questions after the install and the office staff sent someone out at a time that worked for us. I don’t remember the techs name, but after we talked and he looked at the system, he found that we needed to turn down the factory fan setting to a lower setting. Definitely recommend Amen Air!

They installed a new ac system in my condo. After a month I checked the filter and it was soaking wet. Water was all over the floor. They came out and cleaned the coil. It still soaked the filter. They came out and cleaned the coil again. It still soaked the filter but not as bad. They came out again yesterday and releveled the unit. They said they would call me today to see if it was better. It's not. After charging me around $6300.00 I should get a properly working unit. It's been over 10 weeks since I notified them about the problem. Amen Air responded to my review. Their general manager came out and custom made a drain pan to put under the evaporator coil. He moved the filter to the outside of the air handler so it won't be getting wet. Everything seems to be working fine. Thank you Terry.
