I have been meaning to leave a review for the longest time. This was the first shop I started using when I moved here over 3 years ago and have not used anyone ever since! This shop has been my go to for all my needs with my 2011 Dodge Charger R/T. They have been nothing but professional, honest and communicative about any issues wrong with they find with the car as well as recommendations and will even let you know if the job is better suited for the dealership (i.e. addressing problematic recalls, factory warranty stuff, etc) so to save you money. They have gone above and beyond in diagnosing the car and will let you know before hand if it requires any invasive diagnostics (i.e. taking the engine apart). Their prices are more than reasonable and never have pushed/hustled me for any unnecessary work. I continue to use this shop to this day and highly recommend it to anyone new to the area or looking for a new mechanic.

John handled things on Saturday.... To bad he wasn't there when I came back Sunday because I was charged more the next day for an oil change and they changed my tail light that was out without asking me first and charged me near $25 for a tail light replacement that I could have done myself and paid $10 for the 💡 but over all great experience and very friendly bunch of guys...... Loyal Customer...

Pretty lax. Sign says masks are required but when I was waiting about 1/2 the people walking in were not wearing masks. Nothing was done to stop it.
Yes they do. It's full service. Reasonable prices too. Very friendly and knowledgeable
They do have walk-in service but it's best to make an appointment so you aren't waiting a long time. You can book one at pepboys.com
Sell them on craigslist
It's best to call there. This goes out to the general public, not really monitored by Pep Boys. I can tell you they do great work there, especially Patrick. I wouldn't go with cheapest on brakes. IMHO I'd guess $200
