I lived in this place for almost a year and while I was there, it was a nice little place. You tend to have transients come and go all the time. You have a few regular residents. The room are very very tiny. It's not at all meant for a family or more than two people. It's meant for a couple/partners who can share a bed and small space. Just a bed a night stand a small dresser and a TV in the bedroom. And a tiny table and two chairs for the kitchen. And it has a small closet. And it was also on the pricey side for how small it was. But like I said it's only meant for short term.

Hello. We have a waiting list! But please call and add your name so that we can call you if any vacancies arise. We do have an opening in our New Port Richey location if that works. We are not located in a bad area as someone answered. We have an A rating through the BBB, and pass all of our required monthly inspections. We do our best to make our guests feel safe and happy.
