Vickie went above and beyond to help me (an international customer) with an order. She even helped me to identify a fabric swatch I had where I knew the brand and line but not the colour way. My review is very late but nonetheless the experience was great and I’m very appreciative!

Fantastic yarn shop! I never been inside, but they were really accommodating of my online order! While working on a sweater, I noticed the ball I was working with was starting to fade in vibrancy near the end of the ball. It just didn't look right and unfortunately the yarn is discontinued. I tried to order the yarn from two other places online and both shops told me their inventory was wrong and had to issue an refund. As luck would have it, E Z Knit Fabrics had two balls of the yarn! I wasn't sure they would be able to ship it to me. I live in Canada and at times it can be difficult to get things shipped from the US, but as luck would have it I contacted E Z Knits and Vickie was happy to help ship the yarn to me. Thank you, Vickie for all your help! You saved my project! :D
