Bed bugs everywhere. And the manager Jon is rude and condescending.

Elevator was broken. No notice informing anyone of this. Got stuck. Staff was never in the office and you couldn't reach anyone by phone. No free breakfast as stated. FILTHY ROOMS. Oh my god. I had a cockroach trapped in duct tape in the corner of the ceiling. Hair dryer didn't work. No fresh linens or towels were brought for my 8 day stay. Pool was never open. It was awful.

The worst of the worst. Don't go there! Nothing Magic about this run down dump in bright purple. No wifi, ancient TVs, the worst place in FL but you may get flees & bed bugs as a bonus.

Closed/!!!Magic Castle shut down out of the blue one day. No warning to their loyal employees or returning guests. Shame on you whoever you are owners!!!

If you watch the movie credits, all the staff was not part of the cast. Bobby was an actor.

So.... you booked a hotel (with some really bad reviews) for $25 - $65 a night, right down the road from Disney... and you were surprised it sucked? Really?

The answer is yes and no. The settings are very exact, including washing machines. But the place is less rough than in the movie. Not too many people.

I had to stay here for a month b4 moving into my home ..it is a pigstye and they tried to blame me and my family for every single little problem that was already there when I checked in and all the staff lives in the hotel and they feel so entitled
