9/06/2022 update: I have been back a few times and had some great meals until tonight! I used the drive through and was shorted my black beans ( how difficult is it to put it in the foam container). Then I took a bite of the chicken and it fell apart and tastes horrible and looks like it should have been thrown out hours ago. Then you ask for salsa and they give you 2. I am done with this location! The worst meal in over 30 years of going to Pollo Tropical! Very disappointed! Disappointed the sandwiches were removed from the menu for a more expensive and less tasty, longer wait time cuban sandwich. I ordered the original and chicken, both were very bland. Not worth the $20 for the two combos.

Was the Best bang for the buck as far as chicken goes. And that's over now . The best side they had was the balsamic tomatoes and onions. Now that's gone off the menu. Leaving you for the greasy french fries the mushy mac and cheese you can have it with the Cold tasteless chicken with an attitude . Go try it and see for yourself .

Bought $40 worth of inedible food. First of all, I was given the wrong food. I ordered the original family meal but I was given the chicken four ways instead. Secondly, I didn't feel like driving back to the restaurant just to get in a long line and wait. As if that wasn't bad enough, I decided to keep the food. Bad idea because it was horrible. The white rice was stuck together and hard. The black beans were tasteless. The grilled chicken breast fillets were not completely done. The chicken chorizo didn't taste good. The fried chicken fillets were soggy from grease and had no crunch to it. The plantains and corn was fine but all of the food was cold. Finally, I tried calling but of course no one answered. What a waste of money, gas, time and food. I hope the family that received my food actually enjoyed it.

Waited over 35 minutes for a quesadilla and fries. What a horrible experience.
