I don’t understand how this place has over 4 stars and at this point I seriously believe they are fake. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT KIDS HERE in the first place. What you see in the pictures that the room looks amazing is not true. The carpets are dirty the bathroom has hairs same with the beds everything has dust not to mention the AC inside looks gross. "Costumer service" not helpful at all. I went in the lobby because my room had no power and the person told me that the whole building had no power when I was clearly seeing all the lights on inside the rooms and outside ,when someone else was there and told me he had electricity the person at the lobby kept telling me that was not possible. I have a 10 months old baby who was sweating crying having a horrible time in this family friendly "resort" I would say motel and not even one star I have never seen something like this place in my whole life. Anyways I asked if I could change my room I was told its not possible also no one was able to come to see what was going on in our room. I asked about to stay in the lobby since the person had AC and I have a baby and I was told no. I asked for a refund I was also told that that’s no possible. I asked to talk to the place manager and that was not possible. I completely understand that sometimes things happen but I can’t believe I wasted my money in a place with no solutions. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT KIDS THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. They don’t answer the phone emails NOTHING. This place is cheap but way to expensive for what you get. Not even 10 dollars a night and I’m not even gonna say anything about breakfast just horrible. Don’t come here you’ll be disappointed and have just a horrible time.

If I could give this place less I would! NEVER STAY HERE!!! Two fool crack in the ceiling had pools of water in our room all night from the leaks called front desk they brought me towels for it. Refused refund did not offer a new room. Nothing!! Killed a roach under the A/C!! The fitness center is a storage closet so don’t expect to use that’s just more false advertisement. The tvs are a joke asked about paying extra for the optional HBO as shown on the tv listing that I had to request because there was none in the room but was told sorry that’s not available. Asked for a set of plastic utensils to cut a slice of pizza for my daughter and they said they only bring them out at breakfast and refused to even give us a plastic fork and knife! Seriously i have stayed in roadside places that were better than this sham!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

No shuttles to any parks due to pandemic. I used Uber or Lyft to get to parks. Same price as daily parking, but you are dropped off at entrance instead of waiting to park and walking a further distance. If trying to arrive 30 minutes before park opens. Leave with an hour before park opens. Sometimes there's parking traffic.

When i talked to one of their employees, they mentioned discounted park tickets and rides to the park, but have to reserve in advance I guess. They have a big play ground for the kits, and also a video games playing areas. a lot of their rooms are facing the play ground
