Do not live here. It was a great place to live until Cushman Wakefield took over the building management. Fetch package delivery is a requirement, and is absolutely horrible. Packages get lost or show up 24 hours after being delivered. "Valet Living" trash service is constantly not showing up, going a month at times without it. They tell YOU to call the company they hired to fix the situation. Forced into paying for slow internet with no other options. Grills do not work. Good luck getting management to respond to an email or a call...or acknowledge that they are trying to fix the situation. With fire alarm testing they tell you and your animals to leave the building for a week because they have no idea how to manage the situation.

Where do I begin… first, DONT LIVE HERE, and don’t believe the fake positive reviews they have their tenants post for a discount LMAO. Second, the walls are paper thin and the rules at this place are ridiculous. If you just happen to leave the trash outside your door incorrectly (that they come pick up) they report you and tell you that you are in violation of your lease… If you have a paid Parking spot, just go ahead and expect someone to park in it. Parking is a nightmare at this place. The management changes every 2 weeks because no one wants to work here. The garbage trucks come at 2 in the morning and wake everyone up and it’s impossible to sleep because the floors and walls are so thin. I could hear my neighbors listening to music and could hear every word of the song. (It was a good song, but still) I don’t recommend living here, there are muchhhh better and cheaper options around Nashville!

Amazing Staff! Cielo and Juliano were extremely helpful and polite, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease about the whole process with COVID and everything going on in the world. The apartments were extremely nice and fair priced for the location and the entire staff and complex exceeded my expectations. Will definitely consider calling The Octave home if I choose to move to Nashville

I just renewed my lease for another year and I couldn't be happier! The property itself is excellent and well-maintained with great amenities, and the location is perfect. It's hard to imagine a place could be so convenient to all of Nashville's fun and still feel so safe! I've had a couple of minor routine maintenance requests and they're always handled immediately. The staff is so friendly and professional and every interaction I've had with them has been top-notch! I'm looking forward to another wonderful year!
