If you’re looking for an apt complex in East Nashville, THIS IS IT Y’ALL! I’ve lived here 1.5 years and I’ve never had any problems. I feel safe, it’s very quiet, my neighbors are good people, maintenance responds within 24 hours but is rarely needed, the pool is awesome, the walls are thick so I never hear my next door neighbors music etc, and the apts are well insulated so electric bills are on the low end! The office staff are professional, friendly, and responsive. Oh and the location is perfect. I have no complaints! ☺️

What an amazing and caring staff. Mo & Tiffany go above and beyond! Our son is at school 1k miles away from home and the staff has been so helpful to us. It's a great place too and well maintained. Nice to not have too worry where your kid is living. Great job!
