It wasn’t the worst, but it was far from the best. The shower head had build-up on it and you could see the streaks on the shower glass once the steam hit it. There is nowhere to put your soaps, shampoos or any shower necessity in the shower, so expect to just place everything on the floor or keep opening the shower door to grab things off the nearby counter top, but be warned that the shower head points directly out the door so everything will get soaked when you reach for the soap and the shower head is not adjustable. It’s 3 floors and has no elevator, so expect to manually carry up all your luggage if you stay here. If you didn't book the adjoining room next to you expect to hear literally EVERYTHING that is going on in that room because there is only one door of separation, and you can see the light from the other room shining through the door crack. Our neighbors kept trying to open the door that separated our rooms and we could clearly hear them talking about opening the door and could see the handle moving. When we called the front desk to complain they said they would send security, but then we heard our neighbors phone ring, a brief conversation and the when they hung up we heard them say “somebody snitched on us.”

Studio rooms are very small. Walls are paper thin. Converted from apartments so they squeezed on extra space by adding doors, walls, and windows. So this morning while sleep the people in the room next to us were getting up, washing up, and dressed. It literally sounded like they were directly in our room. Like, I thought someone was standing at our sink until I actually opened my eyes.

It is dated. The on property store was over priced for items that were purchased at Aldi's. The pool was closed early on Monday night for no apparent reason; I suspect it was related to the football game. Room amenities were ok and very close to Disney attractions. I recommend Lyft over the free shuttle. Had to wait 30 minutes for it to arrive at the end of the night.

No, not inside the suite. But they have a bar area across the street at Grande Villas where it is allowed.
breakfast in usually not included, unless you go to some of the meetings they hold for those of you who are timeshare owners, and they hire caterers for you to have breakfast or lunch. There is a store, cafe pointe, in the volcano pool area that does have food, drinks, coffee, alcohol, pools items, anything a convenience store back at home would have! You can also place food orders there or over the phone-they have pizza, burgers, steak and cheese, mozzarella sticks, and more! They do serve breakfast, lunch and dinner!
We do not have a business center. If you need to print anything the front desk will be able to assist with that.
No. Parking fee . Resort fee covers that. Sometimes hard to find a spot if you get in late.
No charge for parking. All cars need appropriate tag and parking is tight later at night when parks close.
There is no water slide and I don't think they ever had it
I would call or check website.
It depends on the type of room, seasonal rate and exchange rate
If much
The three bedroom suite have 3 full baths and you can arrange for midweek cleaning
I don't know about massages, but they have a gym, jacuzzi and a really nice pool.
I don't understand spanish.
There is a cafe next to the pool that serves burgers and pizzas
They used to offer a shuttle service through a third party and you would pay per person. I'm not sure if they still do, so it would be best to call the resort to find out.
Cant remember if there was any specific pool hours but they also have a hot tub by the pool which is nice also.
No they dont provide shuttle, but you could call a cab.
Must let know in resort recwpcion
Wi fi's included in the price of the room.
They are fully furnished. If this was helpful, could you PLEASE like? Thank you.
Yes I believe you can
Yes. They have them near the "turtle" pool across the street. The diamond resorts is in two parts so you need to walk if you stay at the cypress point side.
Sorry but it does not provide shuttle service. Also its some 20+ miles from / to MCO (Orlando International)
I was a little disappointed they weren't Jacuzzi tubs in room. The website was a little misleading
Deposits are in case of damage. I would assume if you dont destroy your room you get your deposit back.
Was it possible to make purchases for them to receive ?! Did it cost?
I do not believe so.
Without traffic about 25 minutes. With traffic can be up to 45. Give yourself an hour to be safe.
They are not affiliated with Universal studios.
Yes there is a washer and dryer in the standard 2 bedroom suite
I'm not aware of a shuttle but we found it very easy to use the Lynx bus system. The 50 picks up/drops of very close
