This is a first class resort and we highly recommend it. Normally, at the end of a trip, we are ready to get back home. Not here!! We could have stayed indefinitely. Beautiful, well furnished room with great fixtures and appliances. We were in Bldg 1, room 1013 and it faced the lake from the roomy balcony. The Zen pool was straight below us and offered a close by lovely pool area with easy exit to a boardwalk by the lake leading to more pools and nice little bar/grills for snacks and drinks. The checkin process was easy but we were too early for immediate room access. We went to one of MANY restaurants nearby for lunch, then came back for our keys. Every member of the staff was happy and friendly and helpful. There is a wine tasting room, craft beer bar and much more. Y'all gotta go .. IF you are a BlueGreen member, of course.

Always a problem with reservations make sure to check that you've reserved, confirmed the reservation, confirm that you've confirmed the confirmation, and then reach out once again to make sure everything is in order (even though this might still not count as successful having reserved)
