Great location and special two bedroom two level rooms but a bit dated. Hot tub did not work for the whole week. No concierge or shuttle service. Check in office is not even open at night so if your key doesn't work your out of luck. Always have an duplicate just in case. Over all 3 stars bug could be 4 and even 5 if they had a better gym and had food service during the day.

The staff was very friendly and warm welcoming. The rooms were very clean and cozy. I love that I could make my family dinner in our own fully equipped kitchen. The washer and dryer was a big pluse for me. The pool area was very clean. The only thing that could be different are the beds. For me the beds could have been a little softer. Even my kids said the same thing beds were to hard. In all great place to stay when visiting orlando.

Our family had two rooms, right next to each other on the second floor. One room seemed to be okay, very dated, beds were uncomfortable and the shower pressure sucked. But our other room was terrible! We first noticed there were little ants all over the upstairs bedroom and bathroom, called and they came and sprayed. We thought that remedied the problem but no, the ants were still there. There was a glass that one of the kids had drank some apple juice the night before in the sink. We woke up the next morning and the cup and counter had ants. They came and sprayed again and that seemed to work for the rest of our trip. But that wasn’t the only thing.. one of the upstairs beds literally broke. It’s a twin bed and a petite teenager had been using it. She slept on the pull out couch bed the rest of our stay. I don’t know but I’d rather spend more on somewhere else I know I’d actually enjoy.

The rooms are a bit dated but nice. It's nice having two bedrooms with full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The sofa pulls out for a sleeper also, so you can sleep a full family in the units. The screened Balconies have tables, chairs and a ceiling fan The grounds are very well maintained. The units themselves could use some preventative maintenance. Our sliding bathroom door came off the track and couldn't be fixed while we were there, faucet handles that are loose our neighbor's dryer had to be replaced, and things like that. The staff has been very helpful, especially Susan. Access to the trolley makes getting to many places, including the convention center, super convenient and cheap.

Yes.
No, but it's so close I bet an Uber or taxi would be less than the parking fee.
No, but you can buy it pretty cheap at Wallmart
Yes, they do
You can ask the office to be sure, but it is unlikely. most are configured with a king size bed in one room and two double beds in the other room. the sofa will pull out on a bed as well.
Shower and tub in second bath. Shower in master, shower in downstairs bath (townhouse units)
No
No shuttle is provided but there's a lot ways to
