Truly a hidden gem in Gainesville, Creekwood is probably the best renting experience I've had. From the kind and attentive management, thorough maintenance, and a spacious apartment with a screened in porch with a wonderful view, what's not to love? I had absolutely no bug issues here, which is saying a lot for living in Gainesville. Some of the facilities are a little dated, but the overall experience makes up for it. If I didn't have to move for my career, I would have certainly continued renting at Creekwood.

The most unprofessional place I’ve ever rented from. You have to walk on egg shells in your own house because the walls are paper thin and if you so much as walk too hard on the floor you’re getting a noise complaint. Maintenance enters your home WHENEVER they feel like it, even when you’re not home WITHOUT NOTICE and without reason. The maintenance guy has literally lied and told the office staff that we had guns?? When we don’t even own any guns. They had an issue with my car because the “engine was too loud”. I took before/after photos of apartment after moving out and when I told them this they said “so do we but you’re still not getting your deposit back” like whaaat???The way they treat their residents after signing the lease is terrible. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Wish I could’ve rated negative 2 stars.
