Avoid renting from this management company. My fiancé and I viewed a property and put in an application the same day which was $100. Never heard from anyone after 24 hours so ended up emailing them and finally got a response back from Allie and was told it would take up to 5 business days to process and that there was already a pending application on the property we applied for. After 5 days still never heard back and even tried calling the office and no one ever answers. Finally gave up and found something different. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. They will take your money for the application and not even bother letting you know that there are numerous of applications ahead of you and won’t transfer your app to another property.

I should have followed my first mind when I was going through the application process. My credit and income are good, I just needed a place to save money so that I could buy a house. Allie was snappy and irritable through that process and I had to let her know more than once that it was completely ok with me if she decided to lease to someone else. Fast-forward to last month, my car has been broken into and I am being stalked (person sent photos of my house to me from an unknown number that police haven’t been able to identify) and she is STILL deciding to be rude over the phone. It is one thing to notify someone that your policy requires more than they have available. It is another to be condescending and act as if your requests for information were ignored when you’re the person who went unresponsive. Maintenance comes if you tell them that there is an issue which is why the company deserves a star. If there were a more personable individual in the office, I could recommend the company. I just can’t I’m good conscience right now. I guess instead of being a human being she would’ve rather Turnkey be featured in a news story after having a resident and her children attacked. It’s honestly disgusting.

The owner has the option to accept Housing vouchers or not. When managing for multiple owners, there could be multiple properties that do not accept the vouchers and a few that do accept. Your best bet is to ask the management company if a particular home accepts the voucher.
No one person has the same experience. Some of the reviews are not related to the company at all, however, you cannot delete them. Bad reviews (unfortunately) are more common than good. I would base your opinion off of your own experience.
