I have been renting with Topletz Investments for years now. I have to say that if you need a place, they are there for you. Every time I've asked for something to be fixed, they have sent help very quickly. The ladies in the office Mrs. Becky, and Ms.Maria are fabulous! They actually care. I haven 't had one bad encounter with either of them. Mr. Topletz is also very nice. I've had the pleasure of speaking with him, he listened and helped me out. There are renting their houses at affordable prices, keep that in mind. Anyways, hope this helps :) Thanks Topletz.

They won't fix anything and they keep going up on the rent I have Windows that broke during the winter storm that they have not fixed pipes that have busted that they have not fixed but they steady want rent money and won't come out and do anything
