i activated my services saturday and router went out overnight came to try it to have it replaced and they supposed to open at 12 and is almost 12:30 a long line of people waiting already complaining about it. making me wonder if i should keep them.

You only need to sign in when you arrive (takes just a few seconds), and wait to be called. Depending on the time of day, you likely won't be waiting long. I've never had to wait very long here. 5 mins max
You can definitely special request it... I don't see why they would have a problem accommodating your request, worst comes to worst you can get the technician to block the channels once performing the installation
