Bought washer and dryer set, dryer worked for about 6 month, took it back to be fixed and was given a loner to user. 2 months later, dryer still not fixed. The loner stopped working after about three weeks. Had a friend come look at it, the wires were all burnt and melted. Could of burned my house down! I just check off my lose and buy a dryer somewhere else. This guy after furnishing two dryers that stopped worked did not feel any remorse or even offer to bring a different out for my troubles. When I called to let him know about the burnt up wires etc he wasn't really to worried about it!

Wouldn’t recommend this place, I bought a washer and dryer and from the get go the dryer wasn’t drying well and taking 2 hours to dry my clothes and that’s them still coming out bare minimum dry, owner advised me to contact my office and have them clean the duct out, but upon being done still no results, I called the owner told him it was still not drying, he came to check the dryer about a day later and insisted there’s nothing wrong with the dryer once he was here and opens the dryer door (with only a warm temperature) says that’s as hot as it’s going to get and then starts getting a tone and attitude when I wasn’t having what he was telling me. He says okay to give him a call and he’d switch out the dryer for a different one in that span of him coming out which was maybe a few days I had smelt a burning smell from the dryer with my load in it and opened up the dryer door (it doesn’t stop spinning when the door is open) and the air in there was completely cool. I then called him 5/11 and he said his delivery guy wasn’t going to be there and that it’d be that weekend most likely… here I am a week later with no update and still same dryer. Not a good way to run a business.

Good appliance buy. Take negative reviews with a grain of salt. I was in charge of buying a washer and dryer for someone in need of help with church funds. After a prior bad experience using Facebook marketplace I purchased through this place. The appliances cost a fraction of what new units would cost, were clean, and are working a month later. The place doesn’t have a fancy showroom and of course they can’t guarantee they will last as long as new as they are used and fixed up. There is a warranty but understand it is prorated. Seems completely fair to me.
