I was referred by a friend and I contacted the shop to find the original young man I spoke with to be very kind and he pointed me to the owner. I called Mr. Morris talked about a repair job that I needed and everything seemed fine. A week goes by after I sent pictures and measurements and he never responds. I call him again b/c I genuinely need a repair and he says he needs to see it in order to give a more accurate quote. I'm fine with that; he says he would be out at the end of the week like Wednesday or Thursday b/c he had a job in Forney anyways but fails to take down my address. I assume b/c he planned to call when he knew which day that would be. He never calls. So another week passes and I still am no closer to receiving the services I need. Even if short handed a simple call or at least say I'm sorry I can't help you & I would have simply moved on...but to lead me to believe he was going to be able to help me I did everything he asked and he still really just ghosted me; is no way to treat anyone especially a customer. I don't know anyone who has 2 weeks to let someone waste their time? This is a place of business right? I only waited so long b/c I was referred and was trusting he would follow through with basic communication and services provided. Now running out of time I am scrambling to find someone who conducts this service. Very disappointed.
