I bought some things online. Called to confirm 2 days after order to see if order was available they said it was ready for pick up. I show up the following day and my order was apparently cancelled

I got there as they were pulling down the gate but the manager let me in and was helpful. Everybody was friendly!

I went to the Town Easy Mall store with my daughter & granddaughter. I decided to look around for myself. There was no sales staff to help me. When I finally got tired of wandering around trying to find my size I was able to corral someone I told her the size I was looking for & she said that they didn't carry any sixe above a 38. I could shop online cuz they carry everything there that the store does. They don't & I was insulted that they don't carry larger sizes. Talk about body shaming or discrimination. I will never set foot inside another Victoria's secret again. Neither will I shop online there. The help there was awful. Bunch of young women who don't have a clue what customer service is. What a waste of space.

Don’t order anything online if you live in the dfw area you will never get your package I have ordered three different times and the place they ship through holds your package and never get it
