Very unexperienced and unprofessional pharmacists. Below average customer service, a lot of attitude.

Continually getting worse. I travel for work I have a plane to catch today at 3 PM. I was scrambling calling my doctor this morning because I hurt my back over the weekend and knew I would probably be in severe pain while trying to travel across the country and was hoping to get a muscle relaxer called in before I had to take off. My doctor came through called in the prescription on my way to the airport at 1:30. Low and behold you guys now close for lunch at1:00. Maybe you should put that in your text message so that people can pick up things that they need before they leave town this is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will never give you my business again Worst experience I’ve ever had filling a prescription than at any CVS ever. Just moved to the area so I was excited to see a 24 hour CVS nearby. Long story short, Rx not ready after I was assured 3 hours was enough time to fill it. Let the gal at the window know that one of them is not covered by my insurance and I would pay out of pocket. Have received 3 texts telling me it’s not covered despite an additional phone call in between letting them know again that I am aware! The lines inside and at the drive through were ridiculous... I almost missed my flight despite giving myself an extra 40 minutes to pick-up prescription. It wasn’t ready. I traveled out of town without my Rx and picked it up when I returned but am still receiving text messages to pick it up. The staff with the exception of the pharmacist herself are rude and zero hustle considering how busy they are...including the pharmacist on duty 11/20 after midnight. Only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because somehow my $60 Rx was discounted to $23.54. Which has me wondering why I have been paying so much in the past. Unfortunately, I will likely have to stay with this location so hopefully they get their act together. Horrible first impression!

Decent store with Walmart style service. Wish everyone could be friendlier, employees avoid you like your the plague. I’ve had this happen on two occasions were I need to buy batteries but associates avoid eye contact until you go get them.
