My son has been there almost 2 years and it is run down. He's had a broken dishwasher since day one, broken outlets he had to finally repair himself, now his toilet doesn't work and been asking for 3 months or longer to repair please...the roof leaked but skipped the apt above him and came thru their bottom floor apt ceiling...the windows have no screen so can't open for air in hot hot summer and being on bottom level with ground is easy access from outside, plus they have a just turned 2 year old and now a newborn due any day. The landlord lives in home adjacent to the property but all I've ever see him do is work and upgrade his home...I've seen it every time I've gone to visit, but he won't fix stuff at apts. There's more that's dangerous that my son was forced to repair with my husband, his dad, that we bought parts for. I could go on but this would be larger book than already is. My son said he fears being evicted if he complains so he asked we not speak to the manager.
