Town East Ford Service is a joke. I have had my truck less than a year. Within the first month an oil consumption issue started. It took them 7 months to figure out what was going on and me being without the truck a few weeks a couple of times. I bring my truck in today because the tire has been going flat and there is obviously an issue. I have had to put air in two of the tires twice a day for the past 4-5 days. I payed for a warranty on the wheels and tires. I was called two hours after dropping the truck off with them telling me there was no issue. I had to argue with the service manager for them to look again because there is an obvious issue. They find a nail patch it and charge me for it. They state the other tire is fine even though it is also going flat. According to the service advisor approximately 4 different techs looked at this tire looking for a flat before the last one found it. If a technician can’t handle a flat tire there is an issue. I would reccomend getting an appointment because even when you have one you wait an hour or two. Without one may cause you to spend the better part of a day.
No, they do not offer a rental or service vehicle. But they have a car rental place next door and can get you one if you need one.
No better specialist than a Ford Technician working on a Ford Vehicle.
This sounds like a thermostat issue and I would tell you to take it in to be looked at.
