I had lived there for almost two years, leaignn the manager was very rude, inappropriate, and controlling. She wouldn't allow the tenants to do certain things, but the rules would not apply to her. Before I moved out, she had checked it about two to three times, said there was no damage. Not only did she keep my deposit, but she says I still owe money, however my friend and I had a video of my place perfectly clean.

Very clean but absolutely no privacy the landlord or manager watches who visits you and I could even have my bf spend the night one week since he lives out of town without getting a notice, felt like I was a child it was extremely weird and made me feel uncomfortable so I would not recommend sadly

I’ve lived here for three years now and I went to the office said I had a problem less then 20 min they were here to fix it couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Thanks north park

Best place ive ever lived its a diamond in the rough place is kept clean with superior staff litterally working like 24 hours it seems cause there always there for you if you have a problem sad to move but moved out of state or i probably would have lived there my whole life thanks chuck an annie for being such great landlords/maintence
