This place deserves NO STARS!!!!!! Went to apply and paid for the application fee and a $100 holding fee for the apartment. Later that following week I was approved for a house. When the young lady called me to ask me to bring in bank statements to further proceed with my application, I explained to her that I was approved elsewhere and no longer wished to continue. When I asked about my REFUNDABLE HOLDING FEE( the $100) she put me on hold and then came back and told me her manager said that I am not suppose to get that back. I have a lawyer who is going to proceed with the issue legally.
