The only reason im giving the apts 5 star is because of the manager "Perla" she is like the best,every time i need maintance is always fast service and her service as manager is also like the best i have come across with... i also like how the premises is kept clean the yard is as well, well maintained ... she also listens to what we as renters have to say so that to me is a plus..

I just moved to Bakersfield earlier this year and I have to say that I am so grateful to have had Perla along the way. She is the property manager here and was very kind, patient, and helpful with the move in process. She gave me all of the information I needed and was always prompt and efficient in her responses. Valley springs is a beautiful, calm, peaceful, and clean complex. The only time I needed maintenance was for a minor issue in my apartment and they were out to fix it immediately within the first 24 hours. I could not be happier with my move or more appreciative.

Manger is so so so so nice and very very helpful, she is very friendly and the workers are helpful and nice , I love living in valley springs, pearla is the best manger ever, Super friendly!

We lived here for 4 years and left the apartments only because we was in need of three rooms and two restrooms as my kids grew up....rest we never found a single reason to leave this place..affordable and best..the manager always helped us in all the way possible....no complaints, no problems at all....

Hi Margo, In summertime it is typical to see a higher Pg&e bill (due to Bakersfield heat). Each apartment does have their own working AC/Heater unit. Your bill is according to your usage. AC/Heater units are serviced each year. Replacements and repairs are done as needed.
Hi Margo, All terms and agreements are explained at time of lease signing with applicants (copy of lease is provided to residents). Residents are also aware of their responsibility to connect Pg&e services in their own name and they pay according to their individual usage.
