If I could give them 0 stars I would. I took the family to have ice cream. My youngest has a peanut allergy the girl that took my order didn’t even let me finish my sentence before she started putting it together. I walked over told her about my son she was extremely rude explaining how she had to do extra work. She Threw the Ice cream back in the container and went to get the back to prepare my sons ice cream. She then came back and all the other employees were taking about now I was a complicated costumer. I won’t be going back there again. Melody you have a terrible attitude.

Today 12/09/2021,I took my familly of 5 to get ice cream from cold stone we pulled in to their parking lot exactly at 9h40pm but the door were locked,the signe posted at door for the hours of operation said that they close at 10pm ,i tried to get attention of their stuff members but they keep ignoring us ,and even laughing at us then they gave us silent treatment .i drove from sparks to reno to get ice cream ,what i get it's headache and deception . Ps ,picture to prove that cold stone doesn't respect the hour of operation,as well they don't care about their clientele.

Coldstone Used To Be One Of My Favorite Places, As Their Ice Cream Has Always Been Very Delicious. However, CS Has Not Been As Efficient In Getting Orders Out. They Say They Offer Delivery Through Doordash But They're Almost Always "Closed" …
