I was snowed in heading back to California. I went inside to charge my phone and talk to my parents. Was really worried being so far away from my parents all by myself The staff running the restaurant were very kind and allowed me to charge my phone and one of the staff even talked to me and made sure I was okay. Whoever did that, thank you so much. Also, the fries I ended up buying tasted great! So if you don't care about their amazing hospitality, go for the fries 😎

We were around the corner from Sierra Cafe located in the Gold Ranch Casino in Verdi. We had breakfast "Eggs Your Way" $8.99 and the "New York Steak & Eggs" $12.99. The food was prepared right, not over or undercooked. The steak was NOT dry and easy to chew 😂. Service was prompt for the food except for the seating wait time (we were the only ones in line). About 4 other tables with customers already eating. Anyway, for the price I say it was worth it. For sure to go back maybe for lunch or dinner to try out the other meals on their menu. 👍maybe you'll like this place if you ever get the chance to stop by.

This is a great stop on the way out of Reno, been coming here for 30 years off and on through ownership changes. As of 2020 you can anticipate quality, well-priced specials and personable service. Barebones staff, so anticipate a longer wait for your food, but for all of it you'll find it's worth your time.

Good size plate inhad the fish and chips but dude forgot my soup no biggie he brought it out and comped it. Another party member had the new your and said it was perfectly cooked .
