I personally have not seen dogs in the mall, but that does not mean they are not allowed or atleast a service dog is allowed. Your best bet is to call the mall rental or leasing office and ask them.

It would be easier to walk in and ask them, they have multiple booths to fix phones and tablets

Hate to see an iconic community shopping area close their doors. But outlets and strip malls is where its at I believe. I also dislike the internnet boom because it prevents old school mom & pop shops...Brick and mortar speciality stores from doing business. Just my thoughts...
