What is the policies concerning transgender (using the proper facilities based on gender identity), and how we're treated in general? Personally I'm tired of staff looking at my appearance and not address me correctly.

Reno is conservative area. So transgender is your issue. Bathrooms, I suggest you use a uniroom Family. Because people here don't have a liberal agenda towards bathrooms.
