Reno Town Mall is more of a bad 1980s construction shopping mall complete with long cavernous concrete double tier layout without many retailers but has several government agencies and the local library. To be fair, the Nevada goods focused store can be fun to peruse once in a great while.

No but the rapid and the route 1 do and no it's not free. The spirit bus costs now as it's no longer free.
