I don't even know where to start lol I feel like I just left an episode of the twilight zone. First our server was either hung over or on drugs or something was very off. There was a big table next to us that had been bussed and cleaned all chairs pushed in and everything except ... there was a whole bowl of potato soup spilt on the floor and 2 of the (pushed in) chairs. (MY husband pulled the chairs out twice, so they'd get the point) We mentioned it to the hostess who said , oh ya one of our servers spilt that a while ago . Then we watched every employee walk by the spill several times. None of them ever cleaning it up the hour we were there. The staff was lazy and totally did not care about .. anything. I wouldn't go back here ever. And it's an embarrassment to the owner who clearly has zero leadership skills

Went here for my birthday dinner ordered the crispy buffalo chicken salad which I have ordered many times, the chicken came cold and soggy on the salad. Asked the waitress about it she offered to fix it and I said yes please and she brought it back with the chicken having been microwaved and thrown back on top of the salad. Disappointed to say the least considering I was looking so forward to this birthday dinner and I love this salad…. Ate half of my daughters sandwich for dinner at least her dinner was large and her sandwich was good.

Service was OK. Our waitress needed to slow down, there were only 3 tables.This restaurant was not so clean as you might think for a Chili's. They messed up my order and had to return it. We had to leave with my order in a bag. They also over charged us. We looked at our bill after hearing from the table next to us say that they were over charged. We will not be returning to this Chili's restaurant.

Food was hot, chicken was tough for the fajita platter. Staff was friendly would of been nice to have a tad more attention from our waitress it was only lunch time and was not to busy. Bathroom was clean and decent parking.
