The gym was nice, after 7 months of being there I decided to move out of state, I asked to cancel my membership but they notified me of my year contract so I waited until my year was up. After the year I sent in a cancelation form which was …Hi Jacob- At Anytime, we strive to provide the best workout experience to everyone, but it seems we fell short in that for you. During initial signup, we go over the cancelation process with you upon signing your membership contract. In order to cancel, we ask our members to come in and sign a form at their home gym. Then 30 days later, your contract is ended. That's it. The process takes less than 5 minutes to complete. If one is unable to come in-person (as you stated, you had already moved) one can mail a cancelation form via certified letter. Before sending anyone to collections, we take steps to contact the member multiple times in various ways. Sending someone to collections is a complete loss to both the member as well as us and we do not like taking that step. However, sometimes we are forced to do so after months of no contact. Again, we apologize if you feel you did not fully understand your membership contract and wish you well in the future. Have a great day.
