SD Truck Springs is a good, no-hassle place to get air suspension components. Their stock levels are unmatched, and they consistently have the best price. Derrik at Ext. 524 is the absolute best person to talk to there. Do yourself a favor and get him directly.

Brian is the most helpful and knowledgeable tech support I've run into in a VERY long time. This dude is a PRO.

I contacted them via live chat and messaged with Tristan. He delivered top notch customer service in every way shape and form! Normally, these type of representatives simply convey what information is in the system about orders but not Tristan. This fine sir not only contact other departments to get my order processed but also offered to call the manufacturer of the part to supply a lead time on shipping. 5 well deserved stars for excellent customer service!

Questions & Answers

Order # int-22-603851 placed on August 17th. Haven't received the order. Has order been shipped or do I need to cancel the order and have my money refunded? No one answers your phones, nothing but being on hold.
