This review actually deserves one star, but since I have been a customer of the facility for many years and have had a PO Box with them for 22 years, I will go easy on the ratings. I paid my bi-annual PO Box fee the end of May, and the individual at the counter who processed my payment never took my name off the list of boxes that owed money. My box ended up being closed, and all of my mail was returned to sender. It wasn’t just an honest oversight on the part of the clerk - he had a miserable attitude, and he made it obvious he did not want to be there and that his heart was not in his job. Think it’s time for you to look for something else, buddy. 30 years is an awfully long time to be miserable at a job, and to be making mistakes with other people’s mail.
