Been here a bunch of times and always impressed by the friendly greetings and excellent service. Plus great coffee and tons of variety. Nice to see employees that love thier jobs and make you feel welcomed.

it's modern and a bit gentrified. The prices are good although, you spend a few extra for that gentrification. Otherwise, the spot is pleasant and near the river. It's placed strategically for those gentle strolls to the park. You will enjoy a relaxing time there but you'll consider if it's actually worth the almost finished coffee you certainly will be tossing into the bin. I guess you're paying for the "location, location, location." if it's windy out or cool, do bring something to keep you warm. The wind loves the mini plaza there and the coffee you ordered can only do so much.

Cute location by the river, friendly baristas, but I find their coffee to be a bit on the sour side. Regardless, I still go there when on a long walk and in need of something cozy to drink
