Located inside Safeway. I used the Safeway app because there was a $2 offer for any handcrafted beverage. Monica (great barista) who is a coffee artist and patient because I didn't know what I wanted recommended the White Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. I completely enjoyed this drink and I highly recommend this location because of the quick, personal service and usually they're not busy. 7/2022 - I want to thank the new manager and the new staffs at this location. With the constant mess up of my drinks and not willing to make it correctly and the new unfriendly staffs, I now saved a lot of $$, roughly $4,800/annually (holly molly) on Starbuck. They made me realized that the constant battle is just not worth it. The constant remake and just irritating staff, it’s not worth the drive or fight. Staff no longer care and customer service is non-existent. Staff makes you feel like it’s a favor that they’re making your drinks. As if you’re not paying for the drinks and they’re giving it to you for free. When in fact, average drinks are now $6.50 per. Now making coffee at home and much happier.

Right at an entrance of Target, easy parking, service speed not great

Located in a busy plaza with many parking spaces available, this franchise location offers spacious seatings, relatively clean facility including restroom (one of which is closed). Service was hit or miss, with staff neither rude nor welcoming--probably due to the hectic, high foot traffics. The biggest drawback/annoyance (rare stars deduction!) here is the absence of wifi, understandably as a result of customers' complaints about the prevalent homelessness and public disturbances in the heart of east SJ "hoodz" that congregate around and use the store's resources. Unfortunately, it also discourage students, techies like me and remote workers from enjoying the cafe life that's much needed in this desert of an area devoid of any cultural or social happenings. Touche, the convenient location and excellent store layout would have been outstanding qualities.
