Pitiful! First of all I went to order. The woman behind the counter stated right away 'I'm going on break'. She then yelled to the workers in the kitchen for someone to take my order. This took a good 3-4 minutes for someone to come to the front counter to take my order. I ordered the Cheesy Beefy Burritos as I had seen advertised on TV. They were the worst Burritos I have ever had. I managed to finish one of the 'not very desirable' things before I got up and left. It was very close to being disgusting! Never again will I go to this Taco Bell location.

This was a very friendly taco bell. The manager helped me build the perfect taco for my special needs. Thank you for one of the best taco experiences of my life.

This is a sad place for food. Dreadfully inconsistent quality Don't spend a nickel in here.. One example--2.00 soft tacos have hardly any meat or cheese inside. Lettuce is just tossed around.... Their 'food' is just carelessly slapped together, by a untrained staff.... and in this Taco Bell in Lemmon Valley on North Hills, often they are out of basics, like potatoes.. The Taco Bell by Hobey's Casino on Sun Valley is far better...

During our visit the drive thru was going very slow. The employees (despite facing a shortage of certain ingredients) were polite, informative of the situation, helpful in menu alternatives, and otherwise stayed positive through what was sure to be a stressful time. I commend the employees for old fashioned customer service.

They handle a large volume of orders, especially on the weekends. But my orders are always correct. Even the times i order delivery, down to the number of sauces lol
I posted here about 1 year ago and it said it was removed? I ate here or tried to. After no kidding, 30 minutes! The people ahead of us had not yet been served. We demanded our money back and left. We went to Taco Bell in Sun Valley. We learned the North Hills Taco Bell is owned by a california company. That made it all worth while to move to a better Taco Bell. This one is so California'd up.
Yes you can but it might cost a additional fee at the restaurant
