Arrived here with no cell phone ( left in vehicle at airport) and NO luggage. It didn't get loaded on connecting flight. Samora and Shawn were the most helpful, understanding people I've dealt with in a long time. They were courteous and patient with my situation and most useful with directions and helpful suggestions. They really made my bad situation much easier. The accommodations were lovely. It was my husband and I in a suite that slept 6 with full amenities compared to inlaws at the Peppermill 3 crammed into small room. I LOVE my WM life style. Thank you again. Cindy

First time staying here. Were there for 5 days and the staff is amazing!! My only complaint is the room was horrible smelling from cigarettes. They did a spray which masked for a few minutes and offered to do something else but we would have to be out of the room and we just really aren't comfortable with people in our room when we aren't there so we dealt with it. It has been a prior smoking room as there were nicotine spots in the bathroom around the fan and in the kitchen above the microwave. The room needs to be completely repainted and also sealed to get that smell out.

Had the best time there! The front desk and room maintenance staff were so nice. My mom left her purse there and the cleaning lady found it and gave it to the front desk, and they called us to let us know we left it. So so full of integrity!! The front desk staff were also super friendly and accommodating. My siblings and I wanted to go play in the arcade and the staff there showed us around the arcade and even closed the doors so we could have the room all to ourselves. Would definitely come back next time on our ski trip!

The barbeques are seasonal in the area upstairs near the pool and the workout room.
WE left there last Tuesday (7-21)and it's still closed along with the rec room. Downtown looked almost deserted but Virginia City was packed on the Friday before. Still had a good time.
2 bathrooms. Its a very nice room. And has a 3rd bed in livingroom area.
According to the ADA, and also recognized on WorldMarks website, service animals are allowed on property and within the units. See quote below: "However, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are allowed to accompany their owners on WorldMark property and in units. Our resort staffs have been trained to abide by the ADA guidelines. Simply stated, this means that those who require the assistance of a service animal will be interviewed by resort management to ensure the animal is not solely a pet, and appropriate signage will be posted in the common areas alerting owners to the presence of a service animal on WorldMark property." -- Reference: WM Owners Forums, June 1, 2015 Always best to call and check first.
