Have lived here for a year now and just renewed! I love the location, the surrounding trees, and the price. Josh on the maintenance team is the best and the office always responds promptly to my questions and requests. The apartments are great, spacious and the location is beautiful, however, the leasing office is awful. Every single time I had to deal with them I always ended up disappointed, angry, flustered, and confused. They are absolutely horrible at communicating things clearly from the beginning. On multiple occasions, I was asked for more money than initially stated for things like adding a new roommate or a pet to my lease. Things that you would assume a leasing office deals with regularly. Everything here becomes drawn-out processes that are never really clear, efficient or have the tenants' best interest in mind. I am very sad because I love my apartment but will definitely be leaving at the end of my lease just so that I do not have to deal with them anymore. I do want to state that I am a very patient and understanding person and never like to judge anyone from just one interaction this is the conclusion of multiple different problems through my seven-month lease, do not even want to know what would have happened if I stayed any longer.
