Best experience from check in to release. I had a hip replacement done at this facility. The care I received was excellent and compassionate as well as thorough. I was very upset that my husband could not be with me as I was being prepped for surgery but certainly understood the protocol. My caregivers were kind, compassionate, helpful, caring and reassuring from start to finish. Thank you Kaiser for making a scary and major surgery a positive experience.

Disagree w/ previous naysayers reviews (most dated a yr or more) as I experienced a lean mean operating machine, each person did their job quite thoroughly and efficiently with no hiccups, I was amazed! Guy nurse was entertaining, Bre nurse was awesome & my surgeon, Shawn Richardson, very formal and helpful. The Prep / Recovery room, Surgery room was like observing an 'In n Out Burger" place on steroids 😍 - only problem, at different stages of the Prep, Surgery, Recovery, am bombarded with same questions I answered from the start. They really need to fine tune / streamline line that a bit. Otherwise, their service is impeccably the best!

Had the worst experience at this facility. Welcoming nurse was so kind, once we were in the room things started to go left. A Air Force veteran proceeded to make very racist and stereotypical comments towards my black child and his black father. The aesthetician for us was extremely rude consistently repeating herself upon dietary expectations and had the audacity to repeat herself up to 5 times after me and dad stated we understood. Then decided to say in the most Demeaning and sarcastic way “If you still don’t understand I can write it down for you.” I have never been so embarrassed, especially being with Kaiser for almost 20 years. I will never go to this facility no matter what.
