The nurse, and doctor were absolutely great. I made an appointment for one of my sons, but both needed to go by the next day and they took them both. It turns out both kids had the start of an ear infection and a case of strep throat. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room, the office was clean, the staff was friendly, and all of my questions and concerns were handled appropriately. This office was great and I would use it again if I needed to.

I was directed to go to urgent by my sutter doctor to get additional testing. The NP that was there today would not listen to any of my medical concerns she decided what was wrong w me and refused to listen to me. she tired to treat me with medication that im allergic to which is listed in my chart as known allergy and when I requested additional testing (blood work and imagining) she refused and then escorted out of the doctors office. She never even read my chart or the notes the doctor left.
