This dealership really needs to upgrade thier customer service. They were really great for years but in the last year have bren headed downhill...i know things are harder now , but no one needs to wait 12 hours . please try to be more clear about your loaner car situation so people are not left hanging...thank you !!!

My model S battery failed with only 68,000 miles. No explanation. Clearly I was not happy. Customer service was terrible. Not helpful in the Least. In addition to the battery failure I have had the screen fail and two of the door Handles failed. They told me they have had problems with all of those failures on previous cars and it was not unusual. Hmmm makes ya think why those items are not on a recall. Two months and $12,000 to get a remanufactured battery. Clearly a defective battery that they should be replacing. They said I could pick the car up and drive in the meantime. Only a 100 mile range. I picked the car up 3 weeks later and still none of the other items were repaired and they gave me the car with a flat tire. The service guy said nothing he could do about the past, but what would you like to do now…no apology no sympathy, it’s near to impossible to get them on the Phone and I usually got a different helpless person each time. Definitely frustrated and disappointed with Tesla service and quality. I followed all the battery charging guidelines, charging to 80% daily at home, rarely supercharged, max charged on occasion after discharging down to 20 miles, car was always garaged and serviced annually. ..you would think they would stand by their product…battery lasted only 68,000 miles….unacceptable.

I want to express immense gratitude for Tony Razon at the Tesla Service Center. I live around 100 miles away from the Tesla Santa Barbara service center (closest one to San Luis Obispo), and I was a bit frustrated that I had to drive all the way down there again to get my car serviced for the same issues I brought it in for a few weeks prior. My two previous experiences at this location were way less than stellar. I felt like the folks working there were short with me and didn't care much about my experience. Their focus was just getting my keys and asking me to wait 6 hours while they performed service on the car. The folks working weren't mean or anything, they just weren't very nice. The waiting area is a bit outdated with old marketing material that have broken web URL's blacked out with sharpie. My impressions of Tesla and more specifically the Tesla Santa Barbara location were very low.... until my man Tony came around. I was thrilled when Tony greeted me this morning with a smile and shared genuine concern for ensuring I had a great experience at Tesla SB today. His sense of empathy is impressive, and the care and attention he took in helping me today was fantastic. He told me he would have an update for me by 1pm, and at 1pm I went to the service desk to check in and he was literally writing me a message at that time with an update as promised. He delivered what he promised and went above and beyond for me today. Truly exceptional customer service. Tony is a diamond in the rough at Tesla SB!!! Thank you Tony!

You can visit them at the store or call them
Yes go on the Tesla website for the number, they are really nice.
They deliver for free if you live within a certain distance from the factory. I live outside that range by a few miles, and Tesla sent a Lyft to pick me up
To reboot, press the 2 small wheels on the steering simultaneously and hold down for few seconds.
Actually, as far as I can see, the nearest Supercharger is in Goleta. There are other chargers around town including some fast chargers and Tesla Destination Chargers at several hotels. Check Plugshare for details.
Call your local Tesla center and ask for an inventory car. Often they can find one with the configuration you want, already made. I've done this for family members twice with success.
you can get it right away they ramp up production best car I ever owned
Yes. Look on tesla website they have a referral network based on zip code
Yes, inventory appears to be on the increase as I just passed by the Littleton CO store & counted 50++ vehicles Tesla also hauled a trailer load of cars to Jackson, WY for test drives.
They're supposed to be getting some models in soon. As a Model 3 owner I can tell you that once you drive one, you'll order one (if you haven't already).
