They deliver for free if you live within a certain distance from the factory. I live outside that range by a few miles, and Tesla sent a Lyft to pick me up
Yes they either have you pick up at the gallery or you pay a little more to have it delivered to your house.
I am a customer and that would be a question for the dealer.
