They sell their products on line and customer support is non existent. I was planning to make more orders for my community and various practitioners, but it took me one phone call and two emails plus an investigation with PayPal to get the business to respond what happened with an order that I placed nearly a month before. Finally I received a response and it was curt with no apologies or acknowledgement that I’ve tried to reach out to them to find out what happened to my order. I would recommend they either stop selling on line and focus on the store front or get better customer service. Do not recommend this place. Thankfully I have other business I can order from on the east coast and Europe that are responsive and understand the meaning of customer service.
