all the workers are a charm, be they cooks, stuffs, teachers, customer service... If you have any problem they will try to solve it as soon as possible. The residence in which I was was in perfect condition. The excursions that I went on were very good and the monitor was a person of love. And to finish the classes they are very good too, I don't know if I have learned a lot of English, but I have put it into practice and I have personally improved and that is what really matters.

My 16-year-old daughter left at the start to go with her family, 3 weeks before departure, no more host families, so she went to the Tropicana residence. (Supplement of 300 euros) No supervision minors are left to themselves outside of class. Everything is paying even a simple hike, school bus... to end her stay she wanted to make an excursion to Las Vegas or just transport and the hotel are taken care of (no breakfast or meal 300 euros for 2 days ) they found themselves alone the guide once installed at the hotel did not wait for them for the visit. Remember that these are minors. Cash box to flee. Very disappointed whereas before leaving the interlocutor ef France was very good. This will be her last time with this organization.

An organization that seems very professional, efficient and attentive to your needs. Unfortunately once you have paid, it becomes more complicated and rare to have them on the phone... In addition, many things are not mentioned before departure or else the information is incorrect. Depending on the member of the team you will have on the phone, the information will be different or even contradictory... For my part, I have been in Residence, this one is pleasant, but 30 minutes by bus from the school, which was mentioned only a week before departure (you therefore have to pay the bus pass). For children under 18 a "room check" is carried out every evening from 10 p.m., following this it is impossible to leave your room if only to fill a bottle of water without being yelled at . The curfew that was announced later on the weekend is actually at the same time. All this while during the day they do not know where we are or what we are doing. As for the school, it is pretty and pleasant, but the lessons are not as they had been described to us. For my part, I was told a maximum of 2 people of each nationality in the same class, we are 10 French … Despite everything, the destination remains magnificent, some members of the staff pleasant, but this is not the case for all... The price is not worth the candle...

The class and hour intensity would depend on the type of visa with which you enter the USA. For better information, contact the EF office in your country.
Yes quite. Many students come only 2 weeks for a vacation
So me at the time I was wrong at first, but then I changed and it was all over. But overall families are fine
